I love shopping at my pnp store, but I'm a bit disappointed in pnp Greenstone. 2 Saturdays ago I took part in a pnp competition right outside the pnp store.

Where u had to get into a bubble like thing and catch as many vouchers. The highest voucher u get, that point value will be loaded onto u'r pnp smart shopper card.

I was very disappointed today when I checked my points value, only to realise that the 5000 points that I won where never loaded on my card.

I suppose it will never be loaded since it happened 2 weeks ago. I just think it was very misleading of u to put u'r customers under the impression that it was fair competition.
