Waited to long for verification to be done

Good day
I went to your PNP Southgate branch on Friday 3 May 13, did all my groceries made the payment with my RCS Card gave them my licences for verification, the lady that was serving me Chebe did not say anything to me, she called some1 and when that guy came took the card and the licence, in my mind he was going to verify the funds. He went elsewhere first and did was called to the till while I waited for him to come back, it took him 10 minutes to cme back. I asked him why did he attend to other people before me he said he was waiting for the phone, i SAID TO HIM i UNDERSTAND IS BUSY BUT IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE FOR ME TO WAIT THAT LONG AND HE JUST STRED AT ME, his name Rams. I told him I was going to take this up with Management he said I should as they only have 1 phone. Johanne apologised for this but i feel since you have partnered with RCS you should make my life and your easy for verifying funds, for me PNP your slowly loosing me as a customer as if is not your service is something else and that in my books in wrong.
