Ad service and clueless people

I opened an account on the phone and said I will pick up the card at fnb dobsonville, I didn't manage to go the and I phoned them to ask for a card to be delived at braamfontein and I was told to go to fnb braamfointein first to give them my signature for verification but since this is a new account and fnb doesn't have my signature to start with for them to verify I didn't make sense to me so I decide to take my time today to go to dobsonville but when I got there i told the lady who was helping ppl to stand on the rote queer and it was so long and I did wait and finally my turn to see the consultant I was told to go stand on another extra long queer as I'm onn the wrong one... I left without the card cos I don't understand why the I'm I suppose to tolarate bad service as a new customer and if it happens now what's gonna happen few years to come..thank u fnb for showing me your true colours this soon, u saved me futer heaadaches.
