I am horrified, shocked and disgusted by this Sello person. My mom used her account to buy few items at tge said store and the supervisor was helpful, on our way out we saw a very beautiful garment displayed on the window-which screamed buy me. Looked on on the rails for the size but nothing, the suitable size was on the display, requested for assistance-for about ten minutes we were advised that the people responsible for floor were on banking, Ok the security called the rude Sello, who came to tell us he is on lunch, moaning that he doesnt work forTruworths and is a volunteer, therefor wont help me as the dress is on display, when I questioned him as to why other Truworths store remove the display if its the last size and that we are paying customers-he got upset and told me to do it myself and he is going back to the back office to have lunch. I then had to remove it if myself until a kind lady from man department came to help. WHO ARE YOU GUYS HIRING-WHY IS A CUSTOMER NOT PUT FIRST??? I am really dissatisfied- that guy doesn't belong there at all, unacceptable!!!
