Were paying on the cashier of the first till, she has braids i dont know her name as she doesnt have name tag, first bad service, no name tags, and the cashier didnt greet us, after she asked plastic, i then asked her whats wrong with the plastic, because she didnt even say hi to us as if we forced her to work as cashier, the worse thing we tell her that shes got a bad attitude, she showed us the managers office, so this shows that the manager knows that they dont have good customer service.we asked the security the name of the cashier cos she doesnt have a name tag and even on the slip it doesnt show the name, she said we ladies we have problem and i told him im going to him he said its fine, no one can do anything to him and good luck about reporting him because he is friend with his boss.the security name is DUMISANI GAGALA, security at the door, so i want to is this the way they supposed to treat client even they friend with the managers. i will never ever go to that shoprite again. SERVICE IS VERY BAD, THEY MUST TEACH THEM HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS as im also working client.
