I was doing shopping at truworths and i was looking for panty stockings, while looking i took one pair to see if its my size and the right colour then the sales lady screamed from the other side of the shop saying that " If i dare open the panty stockings i will pay for them", all the customers were staring at me like i was a and I called her and asked her why she was sceaming when she could have come to me and told me in a professional manner. Her reply was "SO WHAT if i screamed at you? " I was so shocked by such terrible service that I just left the store, as I was leaving I thought to myself I will not be disrespected like that. I asked to speak to the manager but she did not take my complaint seriously as she did not even give me the correct name for the sales lady and that rude lady did not apologize. I am very upset and I have told people about the terrible service that truworths offers, all my colegues are closing their accounts because of that bad service. I am an unhappy customer and will never set foot in the store until this matter has been resolved in a proffesional manne
