I purchased a Hemisphere top for my husband yesterday afternoon at around 4pm. After fitting on the top at home he wanted an XL. I called Vangate as they had 1, spoke a lady (didn't take her name). I asked her what time the store was closing and she said 7pm. I said I would be on my way out of MPlain to fetch the top. I arrived at the store at 18:30 only to see that they had already closed. Trading times on the window shows 7pm. I called the customer service centre to lodge a complaint. The consultant, Jared who assisted me rather annoyingly, took down my details and said I would receive a call from Truworths today. It is 16:30 and I haven't received any form of communication from Truworths.
I am not looking for an apology for sloppy service.
I would like to know what action will be taken to correct this inconvenience that I was caused
