I normally pay my Makro Account Card by EFT. This was done on Friday. I now see a debit order going off my account again for the same amount I have already paid. I did not budget my expenses this month to include 2 payments to my Makro account card. I would like the 2nd payment returned to me ASAP
I would appreciate a prompt response and I will be calling your call centre tomorrow - I also want the debit order cancelled
