I have an acc with Makro and last month they debited my acc! I did not give permission for this at all!! I have been making regular EFT payments. How is it that you suddenly debit my acc??? I called in last month and cancelled the debit order and was assured it would not go off again... GUESS WHAT? IT DID! I WANT THIS DEBIT ORDER CANCELLED IMMEDIAELTY!! AND I WANT A STATEMENT EMAILED TO ME IMMEDIATELY!! I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ONE STATEMENT FROM YOU!!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? I must call in and waste money on my calls??
