I bought good at makro on the 12/12/2012 and returned a few on the 13/12/2012 as i have used a debit card to buy they said they would refund the money on the same card but till today i have never received my refund, i personally went to the store in January to find out what is happening i was sent to the manager who sent an email to the accounts department but still no word from them or my money. This is ridiculous from such a big company like makro failing to pay back a lousy amount of R819.85 i have been calling and Ive been sent from pillar to post the stuff is clue less i wonder how do they run business i will never ever step into another makro store and ill make sure others know about the bad service i have received my invoice number is 418
