In a country where good service means nothing anymore, it is refreshing to still come across a Sales Manager who, not only go out of his way to help you, but also does not wait for his staff to assist but look after the customers himself.
Malibongwe, Sales Manager in the Electronics department is a jewel when it comes to good service. Never in all my life have I come across someone with as good manners and service as what he provides. He is always friendly and helpful and assisted us not once, but twice!!!
Beware Makro - if I ever need a sales manager, I will Malibongwe away from you!
