Good day,
I received my 1st Makro Credit Card Statement on 11 August 2013 and made my 1st payment on the 27th of August via EFT as well as my 2nd payment on 27 September via EFT. (The due date on the Statement was 1 September 2013.) I have not received any further Statements from Makro that reflects these payments I made.
On 1 October 2013 unexpectedly a Debit order tried to go off my Bank Account and was returned due to no funds available in that account. I have been sending emails for 3 days without no response to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed]
Please forward my updated Statements and advise if the Debit order will be scheduled for future payments. If possible I would like my monthly statements to be sent via email.
