I called in on Tuesday 30 April 2013 several times waiting for over 10minutes at a time, I have a cross trainer account which was transfered to Edgars about 3years ago the account has been closed and paid up, but it is reflecting on my Experian report as an open/current account and that I am over due, The man named Eddy put me threw to a supervisior and said they will look into it and give me feedback by today 2 May 2013 as yesterday was a public holiday. They also said they will give me a letter saying the account is closed and paid up and remove it from my record as well as a letter to say I am a good payer. I have had no response I get rude people on the call centre and hold on for endless minutes! I find this very wrong and unfair and that you cant get someone to help you!!
I want this removed asap.
