ITC report not updating

I had an account that I closed in December 2012. I went to Brooklyn store earlier this year and I was issued with clearance letter indicating that my account is closed.

I checked my ITC report in April, May and I went back to Brooklyn store. They made a call to their accounts department and I told them that my account is still reflecting "open" in ITC. They told me that account is closed on their side but they will follow up with ITC and come back to me (same thing they have been saying since December 2012). Today as I write my ITC report is still not updated. My report still reflect a balance of R1670.

I am frustrated and tired of wasting my time and resources to just get my account closed.

This is very unprofessional and time consuming. My wife wanted to open Edgars account and I told her that I don't ever want any Edgars brand nor want to hear about such... How long does it take to get ITC report to reflect that its closed.

I'm flip-in agitated and tired!!!

NO MORE EDGARS ACCOUNT EVER AGAIN!!!
