Well it all started in Feb 2013. i had a american express account and i wanted to apply for finance for a car and to my surprise i was told that i was over extended due to a american express card that is a charge card it was reflecting the out standing balance as a monthly payment. what i did is pay up that account and closed it i then received a letter from american express telling me that the account is closed and paid up on there books. i then asked them to please update Experian that be the credit bureau i was told that it would be done and guess what yesterday i asked for a report from EXPERIAN and as everyone will know what i got back that account still shows that it is open but yet no balance outstanding but a payment of a huge amount still shows as a monthly payment when that F____ account is closed and paid up with a letter sent to me.
i have been trying all day to speak to people at legal and no response as all i get is voice message.
all i am asking is for people to do there jobs that all and to make sure that the stuff they send there ex clients are the same as they send out to the credit bureau is that so hard to ask..
