I bought a cell phone on a 6 month plan, but I was charged the interest for the next 12 months. When I asked about it they said that it was a system error they will fix it. I requested the correct statement that shows the reversal of the interest and I didn't get it. I went to different Truworths stores and we called the head office and got promises that everything will be sorted out. My instalments does not decrease and no one has answers for that. It is about two months now waiting for Truworths head office to call me and give me the feedback but all I get is calls from Truworths call centre telling me that my accounts is in arrears. I was promised feedback two months ago by the lady called Corina a call centre supervisor.
