About 10 years ago I had a Truworths account, I was retrenched and I did the right thing by informing Truworths, as I was covered on the loss of income they told me not to worry as the amount would be written off, I was put on ITC for 3 years thereafter I never received any communication, suddenly after 10 years I receive SMS's from MDB instructing me to pay, when I call and explain I am just asked what I must pay and that is that. I explained this story about 10 times already and since Truworths 10 years ago put me on ITC and wrote off the debt I do not understand why I am receiving SMS's they just continue, sometimes I receive 5 in a day and no consultant is able to assist me.
