I would like to point out that a purchase of a verimark product be given a lot of thought. Their after sales is not the best when one has to exchange / replace defective products dumped on the South African market. My case has cost me nearly R2000 in travelling alone to have a GENESIS vacum cleaner repaired by an incompetent Verimark franchise employee in Nelspruit. Try and get an answer from Verimark on their website - even better try their call centre! Even worse - ask them about the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 - they think it is a cabbage!!!
