Verimark
Poor quality pan

I bought a non-stick pan from Game Boulders - part of the Baur range in August last year. The pan has never for a single day worked as a non-stick pan and I spent R350 on it. I went into the store and they told me to contact Verimark directly. I logged my complaint on the internet and I have not received a response yet. I bought a mini-non-stick pan over a year ago from Fruit ''n Veg over a year ago and spent less than R100 on it and it's still in a sterling position and proves to be a non-stick pan. I am very unhappy about the Verimark pan especially because I spent so much money on it. I would like to get the pan replaced - don't really have confidence that another one will perform any better or get my money back or have the product replaced by another.
