Bad service from staff and attitude from manage

I received horrid service from Ackermans Retail Park in woodmead. Firstly I took out a lay-bye with your Company in February, of which I paid a 10% deposit and was left with the rest of the balance which was R754.00. Today I went to pay the balance; the cashier made a mistake and I had to be inconvenienced and was told that I had to pay in cash for the amount they couldn't void on their system or go to an ATM and withdraw the money. I decided to let that go and went to withdraw that money, bearing in mind that I was doing all of this during my lunch hour.
When I eventually got back to the store after several minutes of standing in the extremely long queue, I had to wait in line again in order to be assisted; someone else assisted me this time and discovered that there was 1 item that was not included in the lay-bye slip; I was then told that I had to pay in cash for that item of which I did not budget for! What is the point of a lab-bye if I have to pay extra cash???
Exactly who's fault is it that the item was not added in the slip???
I was then further told that I have to wait for the manager to come and assist me - who came dragging her feet with a stinking attitude and no smil
