I phoned verimark and they did not have the tank ready and I was promised to get a call and nothing happened as yet. I am almost certain now that Verimark doesn't care about their Customer as no one has contacted me as yet. I will have to take the legal route to deal with these people using customer protection act. Verimark have no courtesy towards their Customer cause if one has bought the product they are bound to Go to verimark cause of only one reason no one else supplies the parts and maintains the products. I will ensure that I am not buying any products in future from Verimark cause I am not prepared to deal with a company which cant repair the product in due time (been 6 weeks instead of 1 week and still not repaired and repair cost is half the price of new product) and their Customer service is pathetic.
