I have a set of Bauer pots which constantly need coating which is supposed to be guaranteed for a year. I find however that every year, I have to take the pots back before the year expires or just after a year. The coating is coming off in a couple of months, even less. Every year I have to coat all my pots and frying pan and the price keeps escalating. I am tired of the Bauer range of pots because it is equivalent to buying a new set of pots every year. To me, this is just a money making scheme because as long as one has the pots, one has to keep on coating the. On the 13 October, I took my pot to Centurion Mall. This pot was coated and then taken back a month or so later and then I had to take it back on the 13 October 2013. I was not given another pot and was told that the pot needed to go for assessment and Verimark will call. I still don't have my pot back and I am really annoyed with Verimark's poor service or lack thereof. The coating of the Bauer pots really need to be investigated because it obviously is of a very poor quality or maybe that's the plan, so Verimark can make the money every couple of months on re-coating???
