Very unhelpfull and bad attitude

Im a loyal customer at Verimark and purchase your products often with no issues. My bauer pan was re-coated recently and after less than 3 months the whole middle on the inside has come off. From the appearance of the pan, you can see it looks very new aside from the middle where its peeling. I took it to Verimark in Eastgate on Sunday and they refused to book it in without a proof of purchase. I didnt expect the pan to peel as i have faith in all my verimark purchases and hence didnt keep the slip as its not an electrical product that you will expect to break. A sales assistant by the name of Nathan assisted me and he had a very bad attitude towards me as a customer. I have purchased from that store a few times and his attitude was always bad and unfriendly and he refused to book the pan in. I have already paid for re-coating not long ago and its not fair on me to pay again especially since you can see the pan looks new just by glancing at it. I would appreciate if someone would get back to me with some helpful assistance.
