I can't imagine that this outlet weren't complained about. Guys, the queues to pay at each of this outlets pay points is 10-15 metres long. The queues reach from the pay point till the middle of each isle. Now imagine people waiting in this queue, people with trolleys walk up & down in this small isles, packing staff pack products in that same isle with their big trolleys. You can't shop in a place like that. I filled my busket & joined 1 of the isles, waiting for 10-15 minutes till we realized this ain't no isle. I left that busket & went to the admin manager and complained about this cause 5-6 tillpoints were open. She started to raise her voice & told me that the 6 tills are broken. Where's your continuity plans? She also told me that staff didn't pitch for work. HELLO, its a christian religous holiday, what did u expect? Its immoral to ask people to work on 'n religous day but still, where's your continuity plans? There aint even staff packing the products in plastics when purchased by customers. The staff who rings up the items must do it. I'm sick of this place & many people feel the same. Guys, please also believe when i say, it happens everyday when u go there. I bet my life on it.
