Good day. On 21 March 2013, my wife and myself decided to go to Osbro. The time was 13:35, the security at the gate did mention to us that they close @ 14:00. As soon as we started to shop which was around 13:45, the security guard says to everyone around " You suppose to be going on other side and not this side" meaning that we should finish up with shopping and pay, those was his exact words. I felt very uncomfortable the way he spoke as there were a few elderly people around. My wife and I still continued to shop in the next isle and here he comes again and says to us "As you can hear on the announcement, we about to close." Unfortunately, I did not take note of his name. We then decided to pay for the few goods. As soon as we got to the security checkpoint, I saw a Notice stating that they are closing at 14:00. I then realised, if one goes to a pick n pay e.g if they close at 14:00, the security does not go around telling people that they are closing, that would be really unprofessional. I then confronted the security about this and he said "This is not Pick n Pay and argued and said that is should speak to the manager. The manager was around and i saw him walking away.
