It is time that Noordheuwel Pick 'n Pay had a serious look at the way their staff members behave - Shopping on Friday afternoon was a nightmare I could not hear myself think with all the loud chatter from isle to isle - Tumelo on his cell phone inciting the female staff to shriek with laughter and do they know how to shriek!!!
The till operators and packers were on a real roll. Apparently they do have a floor manager - well he / she does not do thier job by no stretch of the imagination - you need two or three floor managers to keep this staff under some sort of control, there is no discipline! The latest re-vamp unfortunately has not upgraded staff behaviour.
I have made up my mind once again not to shop at Pick 'n Pay Noordheuwel - it is just not a pleasure. What a pity!
