Pick 'n Pay
Staff's Attitude towards Clients

On the 15'th of September 2013 we were in the Pick 'n Pay and experienced the following incident. I was walking towards the isle that has the potato chips and cookies - this isle is more narrow than the standard with of an isle. On the way to the isle, to employees (they were wearing their uniforms) of Pick 'n Pay pushed pass me, one holding onto the other and giggling, and went into this isle. When I got to the isle I was looking for a particular brand of cookies, and there was a lady stacker also busy in this isle. These 2 employees were busy grabbing hold of some type of chips that was apparently on special (I make this conclusion based on comments from the employees from Pick 'n Pay).
The next moment, more employees swarm in there. It ended up where the employees were cleaning out the racks of these chips. One even commented that not to worry, there was more in the store-room if other employees also wanted.Us clients, were all pushed to one side looking at this mad scramble. Other clients were also amazed at this display.
Further to this was that the employees were opening up tills to only transact the payments of their colleagues' potato crips.
