This is just a warning to anyone thinking of studying at Unisa. They do not respond to emails, they never answer their phones, and even their Ombudsmen who is supposed to resolve issues does not respond. Just another example of the shocking lack of service we have come used to. A bunch of lazy individuals whose only concern is receiving their salary at the end of the month that they did nothing for. Rather go for one of the many other institutions that are around.
