Shocking service with bad attitudes

My husband and I bought a dining room suite from Rochester in Woodmead and I noticed that the chairs were wobbling within the first month. I called the sales assistant Sarah who helped us at Woodmead and she assured me that she would deal with this however she did nothing after months and months of back and forth phone calls. Eventually I got hold of the regional manager Wayne who was in the beginning helpful but he then put Yul onto the case who organised my chairs and assured me the problem would be solved and that I could expect delievery the next day before 12.. however, this did not happen and at 4pm im still waiting for my chairs to be delivered. when I spoke to Wayne on the phone as Yul does not return calls anymore he had a shocking attitude and offloaded how his being driving up and down between the east and west rand and was stuck in traffic etc etc and I must be more understanding.. sir, that is your job and not mine the customers!! Ive been stuck in doors the whole day waiting for my furniture to be delievered.. I am shocked by the lack of customer service in this company and I will not use Rochester again nor recommend them to anyone for their lack of customer service
