SHOCKING SHOCKING service, we have been waiting for the " leading security company" to come and set our outside beams for the last month, after speaking to the consultant, the call centre over 9times, been told it will be sorted out by last week Friday. i have now run out of options! there are no contact numbers for a sales manager for the area, there are no customer care lines that actually follow through with your requests.
this is one of our security company's if they cant provide a after sales service, how are they going to respond to an emergency? a week later.
