I received a call yesterday evening from Menner, an iMvula guard, at our business premises. He was just about to leave, after working his day shift, when he noticed one of our sliding doors wasn't closed properly. He investigated further and realised the door had not been locked correctly. Even though he had minimal airtime, he called me from his personal cell phone to let me know of the situation, which allowed me to take corrective action before nightfall. Well done and thank you, Menner! I think your manager, Doctor V, needs to give you an incentive bonus!
