Cab Co client service SHOCKING

It's been 10 days since I paid for a group booking, with Cab Co.
To date, I have not received my invoice NOR proof of payment for a refund owing since the 10th May.
Fantastic service until the money is paid BEFORE the booking - then completely disgusting!
Have left DOZENS of messages and to date not a single returned phone call!
In fact, one employee hung up on me when trying to find out if the refund has been done.
Shocking shocking shocking.
Won't EVER book through them again.
