ON THE 11/02/2013 I SUBMITTED A CONTRACT TERMINATION NOTICE AND GOT REPLY WITH TICKET NUMBER E5EDD18512A14 WHICH INFORMED TO WAIT FOR A CONSULTANT TO CALL ME WITH REGARDS TO CANCELLATION (POSSIBLY TO FIND OUT WHY AM I TERMINATING MY CONTRACT) TO WHICH THE RETENTION DEPARTMENT CALLED TWO WEEKS (INTO THE NEW CONTRACT WITH MY CURRENT SUPPLIER

THEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT MY REFUND FIRST SPOKE TO WENDY THABETHE (4/03/2013) WHO CONFIRMED THAT ALL WAS IN ORDER, THEN MADE A FOLLOW UP ON THE (25/03/2013) SPOKE TO STEVE MOTSEPE WHO RUDELY DROPPED THE PHONE ON ME, THEN PHONED AGAIN GOT HOLD OF ANITA SWART WHO LIASED WITH TUMI BOTHA IN YOUR CREDIT DEPT/FINANCE WHO CONFIRMED THAT THE CANCELATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND THAT THERE WONT BE A DEBIT ORDER, TO MY SUPRISE THE DEBIT ORDER WENT THROUGHON THE 3/4/2013. I THEN SPOKE TO THABANE KUNENE (5/4/2013) WHO CONFIRMED THAT HE HAS COMPLETED THE PAPERWORK & THAT I WILL RECIEVE MY REFUND, THEN ON THE 18/04/2013 SPOKE TO ANNETE KLOPPER (SUPERVISOR) WHO APOLOGISED & ASSURED ME THAT I WILL RECIEVE MY REFUND ON THE 19TH LATEST 20TH

TO DATE I AM STILL WAITING & DISGUSTED (JUST SPOKE TO WHUMBULANI SHIKWAMBANA WHO LUAGHED WHEN I EXPRESSED MY FRUSTRATIO
