We have called three times for someone to send us a statement of account as we have been told there is an amount outstanding, I cannot pay this unless I can see what it is for, however no one gets back to you when they tell you they will at the call centre, and when they do have all our details, they promise to email a statement and never do. We would like to settle this matter before the end of the month. We are tired of being threatened to be taken to attorneys but no one at the call centre is competent enough to send us an email.
