Since January 2013 i have not received the refund of my savings. i called on numerous occassions and all your service consultants gave me different dates of when i can expect my refund. One of the consultants confirmed that i can expect my refund in April. i logged another query has April has come and gone and still no refund. The latest consultant i spoke to confirmed that i will can expect my refund 4 1/2 months from date of termination of my membership which is 20 May 2013 and can expect the funds to be in my account by the 24th May 2013.
i still have not received my refund. I WANT MY REFUND. WHEN ARE YOU DOING TO DELIVER ON YOUR PROMISE.
