I, student number 10011555338 have registered with Intec college 21/01/2013, 06/02/2013-spoken to Taryn about canceling my application due to I am currently unemployed and she advised me to fax a letter from me and a certified copy of id, in doing so on 11/02/2013, then she advised me my cancellation documents will be sorted out within three weeks.12/02/2013, 11:00am spoke to Beauty (accounts) advised me she can only cancel debit order after it reflects on the system.19/02/2013, 9:40am- spoke to tanya advised me it takes two weeks frm 11/02/2013 to process27/02/2013 8:30 am spoke to mabule - she said complaints department will contact me no later than 1 March2013. I informed mabule that the texts books were received by mistake by my father when i was not at home and i have not opened the box since. As soon as i receive a feedback and my deposit R2350 and debit pmt R536 refund to me, I will drop off books at nearest college 1/02/2013, 1;15pm - taryn - informed her I had no contact or feedback from cancellation dept. whats so ever. then she told me the lady from complaints department is not available and she will respond to me soon.
