Policy number: 777548202 -On 19/2/2013 I added new car on my insurance and delete old car, just to realise that I was paying for Tracker since 6/2011 and I do no have tracker on my car. I was given a reference number 4256701 and confirmed my refund will be done for overpayments. Up to now nothing received. I phoned 26/2/2013 spoke to Dilin 8;45 he confirmed case handed to manager and final values will be available 1/3/2013 and his manager will phone me to explain how long this will take. On 27/2/2013 I phoned again spoke to Gilbert10:45 he also confirmed manager busy with case and will give me a call but still waiting for IT Department to calculate values, also no manager phoned me back. On 4/3/2013 I phoned again spoke to Dimo 13:05 again I request that his manager needs to phone me to give me indication time period for this refund, up to now no manager phoned and no refund was done, on my overpayments since 6/2011.
