NO HELP

I have a Data contract with 8ta and on saturday 31/08/2013 I tried to use my internet and was struggling for quite a bit as it kept saying check settings. I then called the 081 180 number on tuesday 03/09/2013 and spoke to Mobela a consultant who informed me that my account had been suspended due to a debit order coming back for August. I then confirmed with Mobela that this cant be right as my account is paid every month and I never have payment issues. I then called my bank and they had confirmed that they had no trace of 8ta taking off a debit order or even rejecting a debit order, I then called back to 8ta and spoke to Thabang a manager, he was quite unhelpful as he kept telling me that my account is in arrears and i need to pay after I explained to him that it was not my fault that the account is in arrears as no one informed me. previous to this call i called 8ta on the 06/08/2013 to confirm my debit order had been taken off and the lady said that it had. Please can someone sort this out as i now spoke to Lucky and he also cant help me, all i want is my account opened and for my payments to come off one month later. VERY irritated with 8ta service.
