After 10 phone calls, hours being transferred between finance and the call center I have given up, Today was the final straw when a manager in the credit control team failed to return my urgent call. You have lost my business. SAdly you guards are fantastic but your back office is manned by apathetic, rule bound and unhelpful. A sad situation when your guards do such a great job.
