We have had many incidences whereby our alarm or panic button goes off and either CSS tactical do not respond or respond 45 minutes later. On our previous problem they responded 45 minutes after the alarm had gone off and to test them we gave them the wrong password!!! The security guard happily drove off and reported this incorrect password to the call centre without another word from CSS tactical. If this was a life or death situation we all know what the outcome would be. We had apologies and assurances that this was taken very seriously & that this would never happen again.
This evening our alarm went off twice and after 1 hour and 30 minutes we still had no response. I had to phone my security provider to find out where the team was. The operator told me that they spoke to a Mrs Sandy (I have no idea who this is) & that everything was fine. I asked him what password they gave them & he then realised there was a MAJOR issue. He can't give me any answers at this stage. Absolutely shocking!!! This is the company that I pay to look after my security, my family & my home!!! Let's wait & see the impersonal response I get from this. An urgent meeting with MD would be appropriate
