Just over a week ago we had a break in, in the complex. Before that I was stabbed and beaten near to death in December.
SSG knew this and are aware that there is a high threat in our complex. At 2am a car alarm went off and I got up to see it, I went outside and there were no security guards. I then got my phone, called the owner of the car and we were both at her car before the security team on site bothered looking at what caused the disturbance.
FURTHERMORE the 3rd security guard was not at his post ad when I asked why John said it was Godfrey's job who then said it was Johns job. Thats fine but why are there 3 places for the guards to be and nobody manning them.
Lastly, the way that your security guards delayed to act was also in the way they spoke to me. John refused to answer direct questions and to call the other guards down. The person he claimed should have been responsible also refused to give his name and come down to where the car's alarm went off.
When Godfrey come down he lashed out at me, saying "let me tell you something. I do security not you and I know what I am doing."
Your guards are rude, unprofessional and were lethargic at the time.
