On the 30 of October 2013 we had an armed at our home. I was able to press the panic button twice while we were held at gunpoint. It took ADT security 40 minutes to respond to this panic alarm!!
Their sevice and response to this whole matter was disgraceful and we still have to pay for the notice month.
We pay in good faith thinking that when one presses the silent alarm (more than once) they would at least make a special attempt to at least to come and have a look.
We are still waiting for one of their managers to at least pay us a courtesy call and apologize for their non- service!!! what a disgrace and I do want to warn people against a securty company that happily takes ones money but offer NO service!
