I have been with ADT for a long time. I moved from my old address on the 31st March. We only moved into our new address two week later as we could only take occupation at a later date. When we moved in, an ADT sales man came round to do the transfer and two days later they installed the radio.
When i told ADT i would not be in the old house anymore from the beginning of this month, they said no more calls would come from the old house if the alarm went off.
For the past 22 days, at least every two nights we receive a call from the old address saying the alarm is going. Some times we get 2-3 calls per night including the call coming in at 3am in the morning. Each time we tell the call centre we dont live at the old address they say they will make a note. But this never happens. Last night at 8pm we got a call and asked to speak to Manager. I explained the manager we dont live at the old address and explained the situation. He said he would sort this out. Guess what happened? 1.30am this morning ADT ring us. This is breaking up our nights sleep and i cannot understand why ADT cannot sort this issue out. All i want is for them to only call us if the new address's alarm activates
