I had a contract with ADT for 10years. I phone the accounts department to cancel my contract. I was told to mail to always [Email Removed] which I did on 22/04/2013 and ask for confirmation of contract ends 31/05/2013. No response. I've repeated my mail, and informed them that I will proceed canceling my debit order, and ask for confirmation again. Still no reply. Phoning them also doesn't help, just get rude answers, and a waste of time. Can you please assist?
