We moved in2 house 2 years ago. Alarm system installed but, according 2 owners, not hooked up. We looked into getting hooked up but only company in area was Dai. Refused point blank after the problems many years ago. Months past & kids grew tall enough 2 reach panic button & set the alarm ringing. We switched the alarm off. At least an hour later, Dai security arrives! Apparently they are hooked up to the alarm. In my innocence, assumed had something 2 do with owners of property & so sent guy on way. Happens about 3 or 4 times more in past 2 years & each time, min response time was half hour - poor paying clients.2 weeks ago, guy arrives at house 2 deliver invoice 2 some1 with surname I dont recognise. Direct next door as have correct address, but there R 2 houses on same property. Dai contacts landlady 2 arrange removal of radio. My landlady gives Dai my partners no &tells them to make app with him. Dai INSTRUCTS my landlady that it is HER house & she may enter at whim 2b there 4 them 2 collect radio. BEST PART: Dai phones partner. They R suing us 4 R10000 4 use of services? Let them! I am countersuing, for rental of the space that their "alleged" radio is occupying!
