I moved on 25 Jan 2013. Technitian installed radio on 25 Jan 2013, tested and found in order. I notified Chubb on the 23 Jan, Mr L. Naude visited my home to do the request. I had an alarm on 30 Jan, when Chubb phoned, they still using the old address.
Last night and this morning I had an alarm again with NO RESPONSE from Chubb again. I pressed the PANIC Button every 5 min today, and still NO RESPONSE. I called CHUBB, and they still using the OLD Address. I had to stay on the line for more than 5 min, when I dropped the phone out of frustration. Up until now, they did not even bother to phone me back. This is POOR service and a Breach of Contract. The money I paid each month is good enough, but the service does not meet the expectations!!! PLEASE HELP!!!
