No response from ADT after a week

Acc number:083212189, Mrs S Lentsa, 251 chip Crescent Roodepoort... I logged a requested to have my account looked at when I received an massage informing me that as of the 1-05-2013 my monthly service fee will increase on to R476.41... I had called in years back querying the my monthly service e fee as I felt that they where steep and I was advised that this will go down as soon as I am out of contract and on the month to month basis.

I called in on Friday the 5th on April logged a complaint to have my monthly premiums looked at and corrected as well be credited for the months that I was overcharged. The person who logged a complaint for me told me that I was supposed to call in to reduce my premiums as soon as I realized that I was out of contract.

On Monday 08-04-2013 I received a call from an ADT rep Called Humbulani who advised me that the premiums will be reduced to R319.30 which to me sounded as a reasonable amount and I accepted, he was unable to assist me with the credit for all the month I was overcharged.
I've sent a request to ADT but till today Ihave not heard anything from ADT.
