We have had our Adt Alarm system now for 6 months and ADT have increased our monthly premiums from R400 a month to R632 a month without any prior written notification.
They just automatically take your money without your consent.i understand that ADT can increase monthly premiums but a 50% increase.what for? i have a signed piece of paper stating that ADT can increase the monthly premiums after 1 year of being on the service. Its been 6 months and ADT have already breached the contract. I will be taking this to the public protector and canceling my service with ADT.
