I am current a member of virgin active base in midrand boulders, since 2010. I have never missed my monthly premiums, today I was at the virgin active Houghton wanted to transfer my membership since m working around Houghton, and I am preparing for my next year posing competition.
It came to me as shock since they can't assist me, they monthly premiums is 570, current what I paying at boulders is 239, I told them that can they make discount for me cause I won't afford 570 a month, they said no, they cant. They even put me through to call centre they also didn't assist.
It stranger is I have never miss a premiums since 2010, I am person who take training seriously since I am doing body building competitions, so can they do a discounts for me since I am they client, the respond I got from them it, because it was like taking for it or leaving, like that. After all this months I was an loyal client but this what they thanking me with that.
M considering of joining planet fitness gym since virgin active didn't help me, I consultant them before they said I can pay 180 a month for premiums but they will take all of the premiums upfront which I didn't have a problem with that.
