This is my second complaint to ADT!
First was a slow response time in July 2012 - 20 minutes for a emergency call out.
Now escalating premiums and I called in 3 times in this week to have my contract cancelled. I was advised somone will call me back to negotiate a better premium last week Friday.
I called back again during the week and was advised someone will call me to feedback.
Almost a week later no response, I called back today and spoke to 2 different agents who kept putting me on hold - this is getting quiet frustrating!
Please can someone tell me how a simple admin task take so long to resolve?
